Coleman Lawn Service

About Coleman Lawn Service

The crushed limestone of the Katy Trail leaves Sedalia in both directions, and by seven in the morning it is already carrying bicycles, dogs, and people who have made walking a habit. Coleman Lawn Service tends the yards on the blocks that trail passes, so the town a rider sees from the saddle looks looked-after. Mowing, string trimming, edging, and clearing away what the growing season drops — the honest rhythm of a Missouri year. What Coleman is after is the small moment when someone pulls into the driveway, glances at the strip between sidewalk and street, and finds it neat instead of shaggy. Grass runs hard here once May turns humid, and staying a step ahead of it is most of the art.
