About Kirk Short Tree & Lawn Services

In January the trees on the wooded hills around Saint Clair stand bare, and every limb shows its shape against the grey Franklin County sky. That is when a tree's structure is easiest to read, and Kirk Short Tree & Lawn Services works with it, trimming trees and taking out branches that hang where they should not. By spring the same yards need a mower, and the work turns to cutting and trimming grass that greens up fast on these rolling slopes. Handling both trees and turf means the whole yard is treated as one, canopy and ground, shade and sun. A property here looks its finest when light falls cleanly through well-shaped branches onto an evenly cut lawn.
