About Lakers Lawn Care

Out around Russell the country opens up and the wind has room to run, carrying the smell of cut hay clear across a section. Lakers Lawn Care mows the yards in that open ground, where a lawn meets pasture and the line between the two has to be made rather than found. A visit covers mowing, trimming, edging, and clearing the clippings off the walks and the drive. Sun-up is the hour to have — dew still down, no heat in it yet, the whole day still ahead of the mower. By the time the light goes flat in the evening, a place that looked rough that morning sits even and clear to its corners.
