About Douglas Tree Co.

Sycamores lean out over Roubidoux Creek with their white bark showing, and the lawns beneath them live in shifting shade all summer long. Douglas Tree Co. mows that kind of ground with a light hand, since grass under a canopy runs thinner and does better left a little taller. Trimming works around trunks and root flares, edging holds the line beside the drive, and cleanup lifts the clippings off the walk. When the leaves let go in October they come down thick along the creek, and clearing them off the turf makes for its own long, good day. What is left behind is a lawn that looks kept without ever looking scraped.
