About Mabery's Lawn Care LLC

October arrives in Rivers as a change in the air more than a date on a calendar — cooler mornings, the sun sliding lower, hackberry and maple letting go a little at a time. Mabery's Lawn Care LLC follows that turn around town, still mowing while the grass grows and gathering leaves as fast as the wind delivers them. Blowing out fence corners and window wells, clearing the drive, cutting a walk edge that stands sharp against the brown — it adds up to a place that looks tended when the light is short. The last cut of the year is its own kind of satisfaction, the lawn put to bed even and clean. Then the first warm stretch of spring comes around and they are back at it.
