About GSR Property Maintenance, LLC.

West of Springfield the land opens into the kind of flat, wide prairie that made Republic a farm town before it was ever a suburb, and GSR Property Maintenance, LLC works those open gravel roads at first light, when a low sun turns a snowed-over field the color of rust and salt. There's no shelter out here — the wind has the whole horizon to build a drift against a fence line or a mailbox post, and clearing a farm driveway means guessing where the snow actually piled versus where it just passed through. The crew moves farm to farm before circling back into the newer streets closer to town, where driveways are shorter but no less needed. It's a particular kind of morning work, watching the sky go from gray to gold over ground this flat. By the time Republic's school buses start their loop, the roads they need are already open.
