Maedgen's Lawn Care

About Maedgen's Lawn Care

The high ground around Queeny catches the breeze first, and the soil up on those ridges runs thin over limestone before it ever gets deep. Maedgen's Lawn Care works the sloped lots and hilltop yards that come with it — mowing across the grade, easing the deck over the shallow spots, keeping the wheels from scuffing the crown of the hill. Trimming handles the retaining walls and the steep corners, and edging gives the driveway a clean stop where the turf meets the concrete. Grass that thin needs a taller cut to shade its own roots, and it rewards you by staying green when the ridge dries out. A well-kept slope is a hard-earned, good-looking thing.
