About A Cut Above Plus
The first pass of the day around Queeny happens while the meadow grass up at the park is still bent with dew and the light is coming sideways through the oaks. A Cut Above Plus is out in it — deck set, blade sharp, the cut leaving a clean pale edge instead of a torn one. Mowing, trimming, edging, blowing the walks: done in that order, done early, so a west county yard is finished and quiet before the day heats up. There is something plainly satisfying about the moment the mower shuts off and the lawn just sits there looking right. That moment is what the whole route is built around.
