About Morganic Turf & Grounds

Pleasant Valley sits on the bluff shoulder above the Missouri River bottoms, and spring shows up down in the flats a good week before it climbs to the lawns on top. Morganic Turf & Grounds waits for that first true green, then opens the season — mowing, aeration to break up compacted Clay County clay, overseeding the thin spots, and feeding turf so it can carry itself through August. The soil up here is heavy; a lawn that gets air and seed in April is a different lawn by June. Mowing follows all season, with trimming and edging to keep the borders sharp. There is something worth staying for in a stand of turf that thickens week over week until it takes a footprint and springs right back.
