About St. Louis Grading & Sod

Under every yard on this side of the Missouri River there is loess laid over limestone, and that ground decides more about a lawn than anything visible above it. St. Louis Grading & Sod works O'Fallon properties with that in mind, mowing and maintaining turf across the season while watching how the high ground dries first and the low corners hold water long after a March thaw. The regular work is uncomplicated — cut, edge, trim, clear — but knowing where a lawn struggles is what keeps it even. Early spring on the metro's western edge is all raw wind and sudden warmth, and the green comes up in patches before it comes up everywhere. By May it evens out, and the mowing settles into its stride.
