About Fry Landscaping Co.

Come October the orchard rows at the fruit experiment station on the edge of Mountain Grove turn rust and gold, and yards in town begin collecting whatever the wind brings them. Fry Landscaping Co. runs the autumn work here — final mowings, leaves lifted off the grass before they smother it, edges recut where summer blurred them. Turf goes into winter better when it goes in short and clean, and that is worth a few cold fingers. By spring the same lawns take the first cut of the year and the cycle starts over. Wright County ground, kept tidy from one end of the growing season to the other.
