About Whippoorwill Hollar Farms LLC Excavating & Fencing

Just after dusk near McMurtrey, a whippoorwill starts its tireless three-note call, and the woods answer from every direction. Whippoorwill Hollar Farms LLC Excavating & Fencing shares its name with that bird, and in the daylight hours before the singing starts, its lawn work is mowing, trimming and keeping yards neat. Uneven ground asks a mower to read every rise and dip to leave an even cut, and the reward shows in grass that lies smooth all the way to the tree line. When the last yard of the day is done, its edges sit sharp against the gravel. Then the birds take over, and the evening settles into its own deep quiet.
