McKim Mowing and Tree Service

About McKim Mowing and Tree Service

By mid-October the older streets of Maryville run under a ceiling of maple and oak, and every yard in town collects a week's worth of it by Friday. McKim Mowing and Tree Service works both halves of that picture: mowing, trimming and edging through the green months, then pruning, limb removal and storm cleanup when the wind comes hard across the open ground north of town. Nodaway County weather does not negotiate. It drops a branch and moves on, and the reward is in the after — a canopy thinned and shaped, a lawn raked clean to the curb, the sidewalk swept so you would never know a saw had run. It is plain work, and it is how a town keeps looking like itself.
