Reese Tree Service

About Reese Tree Service

Mountain Grove sits up on the open plateau of Wright County, dairy pasture and hatchery ponds spread out under a sky that clears fast and cold once a front passes through. Reese Tree Service spends most of the year taking down what a storm breaks — limbs, whole trees, the wreckage an ice storm leaves in a windbreak — and when the snow itself is the problem, the same crew and the same trucks clear the drives and lots instead. Cold up on the plateau settles in hard and stays, deeper and longer than the valley towns not far off, and a plowed drive here can stay bare for days once the sun finally breaks through. The work runs in a straight line from storm response to snow removal, both of them about clearing what winter leaves behind. By midday most mornings, the trucks are already parked back at the yard, the job finished before the plateau light has fully warmed the ground.
