Angel’s mowing

About Angel’s mowing

In early June the cottonwoods along the bottoms let go all at once, and the air over Lewis and Clark fills with white seed that drifts and collects in the gutters. Angel's mowing works straight through it, cutting grass to one height, running the trimmer down fences and foundations, and clearing walks of seed and clippings alike. Summer here is loud with growth, and a lawn left alone two weeks will tell on you. Weekly passes keep it honest and keep a sharp separation where turf meets pavement. By the time the last of the seed has blown off, the route has settled deep into its summer rhythm.
