About Stokes Landscaping Design, Llc.

Before there was a lake, there was the Osage River winding through limestone hills, and at Lake Ozark that old stone still shows in the bluffs and ledges above the water. Stokes Landscaping Design, Llc. builds on that character, planning and planting landscapes that make sense of a hillside: beds that step down with the grade, shrubs placed to frame a view, lawns shaped around the way the land wants to fall. Evening shows the work off, when the sun slips behind the far shore and every planting glows amber. A designed landscape here should feel as though it grew out of the Ozarks, only gentler on the eye. That is the goal Stokes brings to every lake-country yard.
