About Taye'z Multi Service

The truck is loaded before the sun clears the eastern rise — ramps down, cans full, the route set in order. Taye'z Multi Service runs that route through Kaw Township and the neighborhoods around it, mowing, trimming and edging yard by yard until the light goes long again. Kansas City summers start soft and turn to a furnace by two, so the early stops take the heaviest grass and the shaded lots wait for afternoon. Every yard gets the same finish no matter where it falls on the list: cut even, edges cut back, walks and drives blown clean. By evening there is a string of them across the map, each one better than it was at breakfast.
