About Daniels Seasonal Services

Long before anyone in Kaw is up, Daniels Seasonal Services is already out running the same loop of gravel roads, plow down, headlights carrying the only light for miles. The work here follows the calendar hard — mowing crews idle by December, and this is the season Daniels answers for, driveway by driveway, lane by lane. A hard freeze after a snow can lock a gravel road into ruts that outlast the storm itself, so getting ahead of it before sunrise matters more than getting there fast. By the time the sky goes gray over the fields, the route is mostly done, and the only sign anyone was through is a clean strip of gravel where there was drift the night before. It's steady, unhurried work, built around whatever the sky decides to do that particular winter.
