Terry's Tree Service

About Terry's Tree Service

Turkey Creek runs low and slow through the bottomland on Joplin's west side, and the trees that line it hang out over yards that flood easy in spring and ice up fast in winter. Terry's Tree Service works those creekside properties, where a branch can carry twice its normal weight in ice long before the ground itself looks bad. Clearing a driveway under that kind of canopy means checking overhead as much as underfoot, since a branch can let go with no more warning than a small crack. The creek keeps its own dark line through the white, banks crusted but the water beneath still moving. Getting those low-lying drives open again, clear from the road down to the water's edge, is a job that rewards a careful eye more than a fast blade.
