About Evergreen Estates landscaping

Murphysburg's old Victorian houses sit up high on their lots, wrapped in the tall spruce and pine that gave this part of Joplin its shade long before the neighborhood had a name for it. Evergreen Estates landscaping keeps the walks and drives clear along those grand, sloped front yards, working around wrought-iron fences and wide porches built for a different century. A snow that dusts those dark evergreens white is one of the prettier sights in Joplin, and getting the walk beneath them safe to cross without disturbing the picture takes a careful hand. Mornings here come in quiet, mist rising off the older brick streets before the rest of the city stirs. There's real satisfaction in leaving one of those grand old walks bare and dry again under its still-white trees.
