About Lewis Landscaping

South and east of town the ground rolls hard toward the Moreau River, and the newer yards out toward Wardsville are all slope, sun and clay. Lewis Landscaping works that grade, mowing across the pitch rather than down it, trimming swales and culvert banks, edging drives, and keeping bed borders defined against grass that would happily take them back. Midsummer thunder builds over those hills most afternoons, so a route out here gets planned around the sky as much as the calendar. Clay goes greasy after rain and hard as concrete when dry, which makes the timing of a cut matter as much as the cut. Done right, a sloped lawn reads as smooth from the road as any flat one.
