Fischer Lawn & Maintenance

About Fischer Lawn & Maintenance

Old Munichburg's brick sidewalks and narrow lanes hold onto their German-town shape even under a foot of snow, the same tight rooflines and chimney smoke that gave the neighborhood its name long before it was part of Jefferson City proper. Fischer Lawn & Maintenance clears those narrow walks and the small, angled driveways that come with them, working corner by corner through streets built for wagons, not plow trucks. Morning light comes in low and gold across the rooftops here, throwing long shadows across a freshly cleared path. Every property in this old part of town has its own odd angle or step, and getting the ice off each one takes patience more than speed. By midmorning the smell of a Munichburg breakfast drifts out over walks that are dry enough to cross without looking down.
