About Toot-N-Tug Lawn Services, LLC

The first hard frost of November settles over the conservation lakes near Weldon Spring and climbs the ridges toward Howell by morning, and after that the grass finally rests. Toot-N-Tug Lawn Services, LLC spends those weeks putting yards to bed, taking a last low cut, recutting edges the summer had blurred, and clearing leaves off the turf and out of the beds so nothing smothers under the winter wet. It is unhurried work in a cold gray light that shows every line plainly, and a lawn finished this way keeps its shape until the ground wakes up. When mowing starts again in spring, the trimming and edging pick up on ground that was left square. That is the part worth taking time over: a yard that comes back in March already looking looked after.
