About Stevens Family Lawn Care

Saturday mornings around Howell start with gravel dust hanging over the county lanes and somebody's mower already running two farms over. Stevens Family Lawn Care is often that mower, out on the newer streets toward Wentzville and the older places past Foristell, mowing, trimming, edging and cleaning up behind itself. Lot sizes swing from a quarter acre to a couple of open acres in the space of one road, so the truck carries whatever each stop asks for. There is a plain pride in leaving a yard where the lines run straight, the fence is trimmed right to the post, and the walk is swept before anyone comes out for the paper. The rest of the day then belongs to the people who live there.
