About Lawn Lords, LLC

North of the river, Gladstone is block after block of settled Clay County neighborhoods, shade trees grown tall over mid-century lawns and the Northland traffic humming along North Oak. Lawn Lords, LLC keeps those yards sharp: mowing on a set turn, trimming close along foundations, fences and light poles, edging the walks, and clearing the drive before leaving. Kansas City summers push fescue hard, so cut height and timing get adjusted rather than fixed. There is a real pleasure in pulling away from a corner lot where every line runs true and the sidewalk looks freshly drawn. Gladstone and the surrounding Northland communities make up the service area.
