Farris Lawn care

About Farris Lawn care

Ellington sits in the Reynolds County hills with the Current River country off one shoulder and national forest closing in around the rest. Farris Lawn care cuts the yards in and around town — mowing, trimming, edging — where shortleaf pine and oak crowd right up to the property line. Summer storms roll over these ridges and leave the grass jumping, and the mowing schedule answers accordingly. In October, when the hillsides turn and the leaves start coming down in earnest, the work shifts to clearing them off lawns and walks. A kept yard reads bright against all that timber, and that brightness is what the work is for.
