About Greenleaf Landscaping LLC

On the east side of Republic the prairie still remembers itself — bluestem shoulders along the fencelines, limestone close under the sod, the Springfield plateau running out toward Wilson's Creek. Greenleaf Landscaping LLC keeps lawns on that ground, mowing, edging and trimming through the long green push of a southwest Missouri summer. Storms come in fast from the southwest, and the grass answers by growing overnight; the schedule bends to it. There is a particular satisfaction in the last pass of the day, light going gold across a yard that was shaggy at noon and squared off by supper. Fall brings leaf cleanup and the slow tidying-down before the ground goes quiet.
