About St Louis Affordable Property Services

In March, Creve Coeur is all grays and tans, the traffic on I-270 running like a river behind the treeline and the lawns lying flat and matted from the cold months. St Louis Affordable Property Services opens the year in that gray — pulling the winter litter and dead thatch off the turf, clearing the walks, taking the first cut once the ground firms up enough to hold a wheel. Edging comes next, redrawing the line between drive and lawn that four months of weather managed to blur. It is unglamorous work and it changes everything: a property that read as neglected on Monday reads as looked-after by Friday. From there the mowing keeps its schedule straight through the growing season.
