About Rescue Landscaping and Outdoor Living

There is a week every May when the rain will not quit over Creve Coeur, the ground stays too soft to touch, and a yard that was tidy on the first of the month is knee-high by the fifteenth. Rescue Landscaping and Outdoor Living takes those on — the ones that got away — bringing a lawn back down in stages instead of scalping it, then trimming out the corners and edging the walks until the property remembers its own outline. Clippings get cleaned up rather than left in windrows across the grass, because half of a good cut is what you carry off. Once a yard is back, it stays back on a regular schedule through the rest of the season. Handing somebody their lawn back after they had given up on it is a fine way to spend a Tuesday.
