About Buzzers Lawn Service

Creve Coeur wakes early in July, the grass still silver with dew along Conway Road and the light coming in low and slantwise through the pin oaks. That is the hour Buzzers Lawn Service likes best, when the deck comes down and the first stripe of the day gets laid as straight as a chalk line. The work is mowing, string trimming close to fence posts and foundations, and edging until the walks show a clean gray shoulder against the green. Clippings get blown off the drive before the truck rolls on, so the only evidence anyone came is a yard that suddenly looks like it decided to behave. There is a plain, steady pleasure in that — a whole block cut to one honest height before the neighborhood has finished its coffee.
