Ballpark Cuts

About Ballpark Cuts

Summer evenings in south St. Louis County come with a Cardinals game drifting out of an open garage and the smell of cut grass lingering in the warm air. Ballpark Cuts brings a little of the stadium home to Concord, mowing lawns into clean, even rows that catch the low sun the way an outfield does in the late innings. The brick ranches and old shade trees on these streets have framed a lot of backyard games of catch, and a lawn cut like a ball field suits them. It is work you can admire from the curb before anyone says a word.
