About Summit Land Group LLC

Centralia doesn't have hills to speak of — the one thing that breaks the flat line of the horizon for miles is the grain elevator standing over the rail crossing, visible from every open field around it. Summit Land Group works that same open ground, clearing the driveways and commercial lots that sit under the elevator's shadow and out along the county roads where the land doesn't rise or fall enough to matter. Flat ground plows fast and even, but it also drifts unpredictably wherever a building or a tree line breaks the wind, so the crew watches for those drift lines as much as the depth of the snow itself. There's a certain satisfaction in a lot plowed square and level, corner to corner, on ground with nothing to hide behind. Work wraps up with the elevator still the tallest thing in sight, its shadow the only thing standing up out of the snow.
