Plants Plus Landscape and Garden Center

About Plants Plus Landscape and Garden Center

There is a week every spring when southeast Missouri decides it is done with winter, and every flat of annuals in Cape Girardeau moves at once. Plants Plus Landscape and Garden Center lives on both sides of that week, growing and supplying the plants and doing the landscape work that puts them in the ground: bed installation, planting, mulch and lawn care to keep it all framed. Choosing what actually thrives here matters, between the clay-heavy hillsides, the humid summers and the shade of established trees in the older neighborhoods. Trays of green loaded into a truck bed in April turn into a yard someone walks out into all summer. Seeing that whole arc, from the growing bench to the finished planting, is the good part of the trade.
