About Kane and Choate landscaping

April in Cape Girardeau arrives on the loess hillsides first, redbud lighting up the slopes while the beds below are still bare and waiting. Kane and Choate landscaping works that window hard, cutting fresh bed lines, setting plants, laying mulch and stone, and keeping lawns mowed and trimmed once the growing starts in earnest. Ground here drains in a hurry off the hills and then sits in the low spots, so grading and plant placement are decisions with consequences. A curve cut clean into a bed, filled dark with mulch against new green, gives a house its whole shape back. The rest of the year is spent keeping that shape honest.
