Murray's Lawn & Tree

About Murray's Lawn & Tree

Under the oaks and sycamores around Brooking the grass grows thinner and slower, and mowing there is a matter of patience and a raised deck. Murray's Lawn & Tree works those shaded yards — mowing around trunks without barking them, trimming close to the flare, edging where root-heaved walks bend the line. Missouri shade turf is easy to scalp and slow to forgive it, so a lighter touch is the right one. In late summer that canopy keeps a yard cool enough to work under all afternoon. At the end the drive comes clean, leaf litter and all.
