About Swinter Group, Inc.

By the time Swinter Group turns onto a quiet street in Brentwood, the county plows are usually already working Manchester Road and the ramps off I-64 a few blocks over. Deer Creek runs low and easy through the middle of town in January, threading between brick bungalows and bare-branched sycamores that shade every other season here instead. The crew's real work is in the tighter spaces the big trucks skip — narrow driveways, shared parking courts behind the shops near the Promenade, the loading dock nobody sees from the street. Clearing those before the morning rush down Brentwood Boulevard means a neighbor gets to the Metrolink platform without testing their footing on a sheet of ice. Streetlights come up early over Brentwood's close-set blocks in winter, and by then the driveways along them are already back down to clean concrete.
