About Second Nature Excavation and Hardscapes LLC

Stone remembers the sun. On an August evening in Boulware, a patio or retaining wall gives back the day's warmth well past sundown, and that is when hardscape earns its keep. Second Nature Excavation and Hardscapes LLC begins with the ground itself, digging and grading it into shape, then sets stone and block in level, squared courses. A slope becomes a terrace; a muddy corner becomes a place to pull up a chair. Missouri soil heaves with every freeze and soaking rain, and building with that in mind is the heart of the work. When it is finished, the property has new rooms in it, open to the sky.
