L.R.T. Lawncare

About L.R.T. Lawncare

Battlefield takes its name from the ground just west of town, where tallgrass and oak run along Wilson's Creek and the prairie still remembers what it used to be. L.R.T. Lawncare works the streets and yards on Springfield's southwest edge, mowing, trimming around trees, posts and beds, edging walks and drives, and clearing the pavement before it goes. Greene County weather swings hard in spring, warm and green one week and storming the next, and the mowing keeps up with whatever the grass decides to do. There is a plain pleasure in the after: even turf, clean lines, and nothing left lying on the concrete. Come fall the leaves get gathered and the yards go into winter orderly.
