About Accurate Property Services

Some yards are simple rectangles; most around Rosedale are not — they bend around an old shed, a septic lid, a hedgerow of Osage orange left over from ground that used to be farmed. Accurate Property Services works those odd shapes the way they deserve, following every fence line and bed until the border looks drawn rather than mowed. Mowing, string trimming, edging, and clearing the clippings off the concrete are the daily order, week after week through a Missouri summer. Afternoon storms build up out of the west and put a whole route a day behind; the schedule shifts and keeps going. By evening the property sits tidy right out to the fence line, which is the entire point of coming.
