About Lafferty Lawncare

Just north of Ash Grove, the hand-hewn oak log house Nathan Boone built in 1837 still sits on its stone foundation, a reminder of how long people have been tending this ground. In town, Lafferty Lawncare looks after a gentler sort of homestead: the front lawns and side yards along Ash Grove's quiet blocks. Early May is when everything rushes at once, grass leaping after each shower, robins working the damp turf, mist lifting off the low spots before eight o'clock. Lafferty Lawncare mows and trims through that surge so a yard keeps an even, settled look instead of a shaggy one. What lingers is a lawn that seems freshly tended every time someone glances out the kitchen window.
