Cornerstone Lawn and Landscape

About Cornerstone Lawn and Landscape

Ash Grove was built on limestone in more ways than one: the lime works founded here in 1882 carried the town's name far beyond Greene County, and that same pale rock still lies close beneath its yards. Cornerstone Lawn and Landscape tends the green layer on top, mowing and edging lawns from one end of this compact town to the other. In June the grass grows thick over the stony ground, and a late-afternoon cut leaves stripes that turn amber as the sun drops toward the western fields. There is a solid, foundation-deep satisfaction in a lawn trimmed tight along the house and swept clean down the drive. The whole of the work stays inside Ash Grove.
