About NewMac Lawn Care

This is the far corner of Missouri, where the state runs out toward Arkansas one way and Oklahoma the other, and the hills pay no attention to either line. NewMac Lawn Care works the yards east of Anderson — up on the ridges, down in the bottoms, along county roads where the timber closes overhead. The first cool morning of September is the best one of the year to be out here: grass still growing, air finally easy, dew heavy enough that you can see your passes as you make them. Mowing, trimming, edging, clearing off the walks and drives, done in that order and done again next week. A yard cut clean in this country looks like a clearing somebody meant to keep.
