Six Stripes Lawn Care

About Six Stripes Lawn Care

On a June evening in Woodbury the light lasts past nine, and there is no better hour to see a freshly striped lawn — the mow lines catching the low sun like rows in a field. Six Stripes Lawn Care lives for that view. The work is lawn care, plain and devoted: mowing, trimming, edging, coaxing the green along through Minnesota's short, extravagant growing season. Woodbury gives it a fine stage — neighborhoods threaded with trails, yards sloping down toward Powers Lake, grass that grows like it knows winter is coming. A clean stripe is a small thing, but it is the kind of small thing a whole street notices.
