About Logan's Landscape

Late light does something to the bluff faces above Pleasant Valley — turns the limestone amber — and Logan's Landscape likes to finish the day's last lawn just as it happens. The craft is turf: mowing matched to the week's growth, trimming around fence posts and maple roots, cleanups when spring or fall dumps its work on the ground. A lawn in this valley is a small green answer to a very large landscape. Getting it right means the yard holds its own against the view. In Winona, that is saying something.
