About A-1 Maintenance, Inc.

White Bear Lake keeps its calendar by the water: the spring afternoon the ice finally lets go, and the night late in autumn when it seals up again. A-1 Maintenance, Inc. works both halves of that calendar, with lawn care once the shoreline greens and snow removal after the lake turns hard and white. In the open-water months, yards are mowed and trimmed to sit tidy beneath the old shade trees of the shoreline streets. In winter, drives and sidewalks are cleared after each storm, with the plowed edges squared off so the next snowfall has somewhere to go. Between ice-out and freeze-up, and well beyond, a home here can look cared for in every kind of light the lake throws back.
