About Green Meadows Inc.

In May, the low meadows along the Crow River flood green almost overnight, and red-winged blackbirds stake their claims in the cattails. Green Meadows Inc. takes its cue from that season — mowing Watertown lawns into thick, even carpets, trimming them neat, tending the grass while the long days last. Then the wind swings north, the open fields west of town begin to drift, and the same crew turns to snow: plowing driveways, clearing walks, pushing back whatever February piles up. Both halves of the year get the same attention, because a yard here is a year-round promise. Watertown, Minnetrista, Mound — where the grass grows and the snow drifts, so goes the work.
