About JMC Property Services

South of the north branch of the Zumbro, the Goodhue County ground rolls away in long slow ridges, and a late-August afternoon turns all of it gold laid over green. JMC Property Services keeps lawns and grounds around Wanamingo mowed, trimmed and edged through that stretch, week after week, on the rhythm the grass sets rather than the one the calendar suggests. Corner lots on the village streets and wide farmyard aprons out on the county roads ask for different lines, and both look best when the stripes run true to the road. Spring and fall cleanups bookend the year, first the raking-out of winter, then the long haul of oak and maple leaves in October. Ordinary upkeep, kept ordinary on purpose, so a place never looks like it got away from anybody.
