About Northern Outdoor Solutions

Out in Wakefield the township roads run straight between granite country and the chain of lakes, and the yards sit somewhere between cabin and farmstead. Northern Outdoor Solutions takes care of them — the wide side lot that needs three passes, the slope tipping toward the water, the patch by the shed that always grows fastest. Mowing gets set to the season instead of the calendar: high through the July dry spell, closer once the nights turn cool. The trimmer goes around dock posts, propane tanks and the ring of stones somebody laid for a fire pit years back. What comes of it is an ordinary kind of pride — a place that looks ready for company by Friday afternoon.
