About Youngbauer Landscaping

Late May in Verndale smells of lilac and new grass, and past the edge of town the pine stands and farm fields of central Minnesota run off toward the horizon. Youngbauer Landscaping handles lawn care here, keeping grass trimmed, edged and even around homes in this small town from May into October. The pleasure is in the details: a straight line where lawn meets driveway, a careful trim around the mailbox post, a yard that looks combed rather than chopped. Long June evenings flatter the work, when the low sun turns new mowing stripes into something close to brushwork. In a place this size, neighbors notice a lawn done well, and every finished yard adds a little to how the whole town looks.
