About Lake Shore Services

Lake lots run downhill, and the last thirty feet of a Vergas yard usually tilt hard toward the water. Lake Shore Services mows that ground with the grade in mind, trims the awkward strips along steps and retaining edges, and holds a clean line where turf meets path. Late August evenings settle the whole argument — mowing done, light long across the bay, the smell of grass hanging around until dark. Cleanup in spring takes out the winter blowdown, and in October it takes the leaf drop away rather than leaving it to mat. Shoreline work rewards patience, and a lawn that runs even all the way to the water's edge looks like it grew that way on purpose.
